Babies as young as 2 months can safely be transported in cargo bikes with specially designed seats. They take less space than a car seat/ maxi-cosi types, while providing the necessary safety. The seat comes with an installation kit and manual but we can fit it for you. The cover of the baby seat is very soft and can be machine washed and dried. A head support pillow which fits to the seat is also available.

For babies aged 9-18 months, we also have the next side up. Two infant seats can fit side-by-side on our Cargo Bikes. With one baby seat installed, it is of course also possible for another child to sit beside him or even for another baby seat for our wider cargo bikes. If you already own a baby Maxi Cosi type seat stage 1 (from birth) we can custom mount it to most of our bikes, using a maxi-cosi support.

The Weber Babyshell fitted on a Nihola to carry babies up to 9 months or up to 9kg.
A support tray can be mounted to your cargo bike to fit most maxi cosy baby carrier.
