SALES ASSISTANT
Requirements
Eager to develop a distinct knowledge about our products to provide expert advice.
Enjoy helping customers choose a bike to suit their needs, expectations and budget.
Able to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in which customers will enjoy exploring our shop, talking about bikes and having fun test riding them.
Job description
Engaging with customers online, over the phone and face to face.
Managing all appointments, queries quickly and efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, organised and great looking shop front.
MECHANIC
Requirements
Eager to develop a distinct knowledge of our products and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
Full training specific to cargo bikes will be given.
Creative and good overall DIY skills as well as ability to work with various tools and materials such as metal, wood, plastic, rubber etc.
Thorough and well organized approach to work.
Self motivated, keen to learn and work hard with a can-do attitude.
Exceptional time management skills.
