London’s first Kidical Massive
Last weekend was a celebration of family cycling in London. Not too far from our shop, families gathered to enjoy a ride around Regent’s Park. It was a beautiful display of all the options available to cycling families, from traditional bike-seats to cargo bikes. You can see the pictures of the day here and a fantastic video from one of the participants, there. It was a such a success that we may see another one before the end of the year! Or so the rumour has it. We’ll keep you posted.
First Car Free Sunday in Paris
Following on Brussels’ celebration of its 15th annual Car Free Sunday event last weekend, Paris is doing the same this Sunday for the first time. As the streets will be reclaimed by walkers, runners cyclists and roller-bladers, support for the initiative came from unlikely quarters: “I rarely agree with the mayor of Paris, but this time I am on her side.
